What I collect and why

• Contact form: your name, surname, email, and message, so I can reply to you. Legal basis: your consent.

• Newsletter: your email address, so I can send you updates. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

• Coaching clients: scheduling details, session notes, and payment records, so I can deliver the service and meet tax and legal obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.

• Cookies and analytics: basic information about how the site is used, collected only after you accept cookies where required.

Who I share data with
Only the providers I need to run my work: Squarespace (website, forms, and newsletter) and Google (Google Meet for online sessions). Some of them are based outside the EU, so transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. I never sell your data.

How long I keep it
Contact messages: up to 12 months. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Client records: while we work together and afterwards as long as the law requires, generally up to 6 years for accounting and tax records.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your data, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@aysedenizkavur.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

My services
I offer one-to-one coaching, single sessions and packages, in person in Barcelona and online via Google Meet, in English, German, and Turkish.

Coaching is not therapy
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for mental health care. I do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak with a qualified professional. In an emergency, call 112 in Spain or your local emergency number.

No guarantees
Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. I can't guarantee any specific outcome, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

Confidentiality
What you share in our sessions stays confidential, except where you give your consent, where the law requires disclosure, or where there is a serious risk to you or others.

Payment
Fees are shown at booking and are due before the session, by the method agreed when you book. Package terms are confirmed when you purchase.

Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are charged in full.

Online sessions
You're responsible for a stable internet connection and a private space. Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree beforehand.

All text, images, and design on this site belong to me or are used with permission, and may not be copied without written permission. Content is for general information only.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this site or my services. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

Governing law
Spanish law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Barcelona, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
